Bobby Berk ID was awarded Best Interior Design of the year from the National Association of Home Builders for our Las Vegas Mid Century that was designed for Pardee Homes Las Vegas's Escala development.
This Midcentury Modern inspired home was designed for Pardee Homes Las Vegas and is part of their Escala Development in Henderson, NV. We were tasked with designing an "out of the box" model home for them that would stand out against the sea of "Tuscan Faux" homes that dot the Las Vegas landscape. We worked with architects Bassenian Lagoni to create a unique midcentury inspired exterior and then took the interior to levels no mass home builder as done before. It has created a WOW factor that has the Las Vegas Real Estate market in a buzz!
Our Mid-Century Modern homes kitchen features custom green upper cabinets with walnut lowers combined with solid slab marble counter tops. The sliding doors that separate the outdoor living/dining room fully slide open to create an amazing indoor/outdoor entertaining space.
We designed a custom climate controlled wine room that can store over 500 bottles of your favorite wine. Who wouldn't want this in their home?
